Another Timpo Cowboy Copy Painted
I have to admit that this was a quick paintjob. I dry brushed without much blending, so the highlights are a little stark. However, the general impression isn't bad.
The irony is that even as, of late, I have sold off some of my original Timpo, I pick up the copies when I see them. They are crude (but so were the originals) but have a certain charm and I enjoy painting them. Unlike the originals, I use a more limited palette with no bright yellow disco trousers here.
I am yet to paint the base. I do use card bases to prevent the figure easily falling over in games.
