The Workbench January 2026 with Scorpion Tank and a Strange Nurse.

Among my recent finds were a couple of old vehicles.

Below is a Cresent Scorpoin tank which I got for only $3 at a motor etc swap-meet as it had a broken wheel and a track missing. The intact vehicles were around $15 or $20 and his cannons were all sold. I also show a resin replacement wheel I made today.

Size comparison. it is probably undersized for 1/32 use. I'm not sure if the prone figure is meant to be an Oriental or a Dutch woman. I'll have a closer look later.

I might look in my vehicle box and see if I have some toy tractors I can butcher to replace the missing track.

I also bought these two front tractor wheels to replace the roller on a steam tractor.

The tinplate postal vehicle has weirdly placed wheels and pens inside. it cost me $5 and I'll paint it green as a military vehicle or make it into an ambulance. Should I reposition the wheels under the body of the vehicle or leave as is?

At left is a Bitains Detail nurse and at right a Temu one. She has a very intimidating needle and the cap is a solid block with embossed cross.

                                                                   Pens in the vehicle.

The molds for the Scorpion wheel and other items. The mold is made from Blue Stuff mixed with a cheaper version from Hindowashi from Japan. An online You Tube tutorial said it was not as good as Blue Stuff. I reserve judgement. I also made copies of some fantasy shields. These are one piece molds, so flat on one side.

                                                       Other molds from various materials...

Oh, and here is the actual workbench! I am making progress on the AIP horses.
