I have long been an admirer of female figures (so to speak). In fact, civilian figurines, in general, help to bring some quaintness and context to miniature scenes.

The nurse I have already reviewed. The other figure, with braids, is a metal home casting from the late David Bryant. It became rather anorexic so I fattened up her waist and belly with Green Stuff. The  arms also got some modelling paste work ad decided go represent them as sleeves rather than bare arms.

I decided to go with a nice pale green not often seen in military ranks. I have another one of these figures I painted as a Negress.

In the background is a clock innards I pulled out today.
